DAY 5 - 89.3 KGS - NATURE WALK/ REWARDS LIST

It's Day 5 and I'm getting a little discouraged. I'm an impatient person by myself and I'm wanting results faster than I can get them. I haven't cheated yet and I know the more that I do it the easier it will get. Strangely I'm not craving any junk food. No burgers, pizzas, chocolate. All of it makes me feel queezy to be honest. I don't think I'll be able to stomach more than a bite without feeling sick. In terms of how my body physically is feeling: I have a lot of energy and finding it very hard to get sleep. I'm waking up at 6am each morning and unable to get to sleep. I guess this will be a good thing in the end, as it will be a perfect time to get up and exercise before work. My headaches have gone and the muscle aches are minimizing. I also need to stop weighing myself. I only lost 100 grams today. Tomorrow might be the last time I weigh myself, on Friday I might again and then again on Tuesday when I get back the following week. I can se...

DAY 4 - 89.4 KGS! DOWN INTO THE 80'S!

Wow! Today I weighed in and weighed 89.4 kgs, I'm stoked. I thought because I ate quite a bit yesterday I'd not make a loss but I did. Part of it I'm sure because my period is ending. But all in all, that's great news! It's worth the hard work. 1 x Shake 1 x Bar 1 x Banana 1 x Salad 2 x sugarfree Monsters Today we also plan to go for a walk. Get some groceries and my partner wants to go for a walk elsewhere after. Also great news is he's lost 2 kgs too! We ended up walking about 10,000 steps today to a beach, it was nice :)

DAY 3 - 90.1 KGS SABINE FOLLOWS ME!

Day 3 I weighed myself and was super excited to see 90.1 kgs. I'm so close to getting back into the 80s and closer to getting to my goal weight. I'm sure tomorrow I will be back into my 80s. I also wasn't sure whether or not I would see a loss because it's day 3 of my period. I'm thankful I didn't eat the cake yesterday. I don't even like cake that much, so it's not like I wanted it and I certainly don't need it. OMG guys, Sabine is now following me on Instagram! I can't believe it. This is the gorgeous Optifast ambassador I was talking about yesterday. This is another thing that will keep me on track. Also I tried the protein bar in chocolate. It was quite delicious and fulling. The thing I enjoyed most was it gave me the sense of eating again hahaha. I'm eating salads, but it's not the same haha. DAY 2 - 90.9 KGS I DIDN'T EAT CAKE AT WORK!

WEIGHT 90.9 I haven't lost any weight since yesterday. I'm on my period so I wasn't expecting to shift. Early in the morning I was disheartened and wanted to give up. But you know, you have to keep going. Just two more days, I was sure I would see the results I was after. Shake 1 - I had a chocolate shake and I really enjoyed it - yum! Shake 2 - Was Chai and I forgot what I had put in and was surprised by the cinnamon taste haha. Snack - I had a banana and it was much needed in the afternoon. Dinner - Cos lettuce, fake chicken, avocado, red onion Non-weight victories: 1) I didn't eat from the café during lunch. I went to sit with a friend during lunch. I was about to buy from the café, but thought NO. You can wait to get to the office and get your shake. She offered me chips several times, but I said NO THANK YOU. Go me. 2) We had cake that day. WEEK 1 - DAY 1 FEELING HUNGRY/ GOT MY PERIOD

Day 1 - Good morning. My name is Caz. I am 27 years old. I work a very successful job. The only problem is my health and weight, so I am doing Optifast. Today is my first day of Optifast. I'm nervous. I'm excited. I'm motivated. But I will not lie .. I'm dreading it. I've done diets before and a lot of them I have been quite successful. But I always get cranky, feel miserable and worst of all .. seem to put the weight back on. WEIGHT: In terms of my weight, I am 92.1 kgs. The heaviest I have ever been. Anyway we need to be positive.
