DAY 3 - 90.1 KGS SABINE FOLLOWS ME!
Day 3
I weighed myself and was super excited to see 90.1 kgs. I'm so close to getting back into the 80s and closer to getting to my goal weight. I'm sure tomorrow I will be back into my 80s. I also wasn't sure whether or not I would see a loss because it's day 3 of my period.
I'm thankful I didn't eat the cake yesterday. I don't even like cake that much, so it's not like I wanted it and I certainly don't need it.
OMG guys, Sabine is now following me on Instagram! I can't believe it. This is the gorgeous Optifast ambassador I was talking about yesterday. This is another thing that will keep me on track.
Also I tried the protein bar in chocolate. It was quite delicious and fulling. The thing I enjoyed most was it gave me the sense of eating again hahaha. I'm eating salads, but it's not the same haha.
Breakfast - Strawberry shake
Snack - Chocolate protein bar
Lunch - Chocolate protein bar
Snack - Banana/ Sugarfree Monster (silver one)
Dinner - 2 x fake fish fillets (vegan) salad with spinach, cos lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, avocado and veganaise (yum!)
I watched a youtuber yesterday MAKEUPBYGUCCI and enjoyed her video about Optifast. She had lost 40 pounds in 7 weeks. That's about 18 kgs, awesome! If I lost that I would be super happy. 72 kgs.
Also I didn't mention it, but my boyfriend is doing Optifast with me too. He's not as serious as I am, he's eating an extra meal each day. However he is doing really well and he weighs at least 30 kgs bigger than me.
