DAY 2 - 90.9 KGS I DIDN'T EAT CAKE AT WORK!
WEIGHT 90.9 I haven't lost any weight since yesterday. I'm on my period so I wasn't expecting to shift. Early in the morning I was disheartened and wanted to give up. But you know, you have to keep going. Just two more days, I was sure I would see the results I was after.
Shake 1 - I had a chocolate shake and I really enjoyed it - yum!
Shake 2 - Was Chai and I forgot what I had put in and was surprised by the cinnamon taste haha.
Snack - I had a banana and it was much needed in the afternoon.
Dinner - Cos lettuce, fake chicken, avocado, red onion
Non-weight victories:
1) I didn't eat from the café during lunch. I went to sit with a friend during lunch. I was about to buy from the café, but thought NO. You can wait to get to the office and get your shake. She offered me chips several times, but I said NO THANK YOU. Go me.
2) We had cake that day. I knew it was coming. I needed the energy, but I said no in front of everyone several times. A guy made a joke I was still on a diet. I wasn't funny, but I had a goal that he wasn't a part of. I didn't need that cake. One guy even said 'if I knew you weren't going to have some, I wouldn't either.' I asked him if it was because everyone else was doing it, he said yes. So go me!
Motivation: I have been watching Sabine on Optifast and her journey. She looks amazing and I'm excited to keep going and look great like her! I follow her on Instagram now too. The other lady it seems like she's trying to act. She's obviously reading something and it seems so put on.
